SRC to showcase advanced clinical and dictation solutions at EHI Live 2010

London, 25 October 2010 – SRC will showcase an exciting range of innovative clinical information and dictation solutions at this year’s EHI Live exhibition. The exhibition takes place at the Birmingham NEC from 8th to 9th November. Delegates will be able to view the entire SRC range of solutions including, powerful discharge summary systems and advanced digital dictation systems.

To ensure visitors gain a full insight into SRC’s range of solutions, we have taken an 18 square metre stand, right by the main entrance at location B1. Some of the highlights for visitors will include the following solutions:

  • e-Discharge Summary, which provides full DM+D or FirstData Bank drug prescription support, as well as a configurable workflow. The solution also conforms to ITK standards for electronic delivery of discharge letters.
  • Clinical Correspondence, which enhances digital dictation efficiencies by combining; instant access to patient details throughout a Trust, auto text population tools, electronic review and approval functionality and multiple delivery and storage options.
  • Patient Handover, enabling both Doctors and Nurses to effectively share patient information and treatment between teams.
  • Interactive whiteboards, which provide fingertip access to patient information and bed management across wards and departments.
  • Digital Dictation, which automates all the time consuming steps involved in dictating and transcribing documents within a Trust. The SRC solution is based on Winscribe technology, which is now the most widely deployed dictation system within the NHS, and includes options for integrated Speech Recognition.

Attendees can also meet with product experts from SRC and our technology partners throughout the event.

“EHI Live is a key event for us and provides the perfect opportunity to showcase our full range of solutions to users and key decision makers within the NHS,” said Chris Hart, CEO at SRC.

“Our aim is to deliver solutions which provide cost savings and improved patient care within today’s environment of strict financial constraints.”
