2. Transferring dictations to typists
The dictation solutions in-built workflow functionality automatically prioritises dictations with a ‘required turnaround time’ and based on the job properties of the dictation distributes the dictation instantly, to either:
- An individual typist.
- A group of typists.
- Or an outsourced transcription provider.
Note: dictations are either 128 or 256 bit encrypted ensuring that confidential information remains private and only typists/users with the correct permissions can access and playback the dictation. In the unlikely event that the dictation file is intercepted the audio file would playback as ‘white noise’.
