The dictation solution provided by SRC, enables work to be transferred from author to secretary more efficiently.The dictation workflow enables dictations to be automatically transferred (from the author to the typist) and prioritised based on criteria, such as job types, user, type of work, team, location, or other specifications.
Based upon these criteria the worflow routes the dictation and makes it available to the most appropriate secretary or secretaries, including those who may be located in other offices or working from home. This may also include a document production centre, outsourced transcription service or speech recognition engine.
In addition, the software can be used to ensure existing working relationships between an author and secretary are maintained and dictations transferred to a specific typist.
