Portable/handheld Digital Dictation Devices

WinScribe’s open architecture supports the widest range of file formats and digital dictation devices from Olympus, Philips, Grundig, including the popular Olympus DS-4000 and Philips 9630.

Telephone Dictation
WinScribe was the first system to introduce telephone dictation and has thousands of users worldwide. Authors can access the system from any mobile or fixed line telephone to dictate, review or edit their work.

PDA Dictation
WinScribe was the first system to introduce dictation via PDA. Using WinScribe's Pocket Author application, authors can dictate directly into a PDA with all the same recording, editing and job status functions as working on a standard PC.

WinScribe Web Uploader
WinScribe is the world’s first digital dictation system to eliminate the need for software to be loaded on a computer when working away from the office. The unique Web Uploader feature allows authors to record dictations via any remote device or sound recorder and then securely upload each file to the WinScribe server via a web page for fast transcription. WinScribe Web Uploader makes remote working simple, fast and efficient.
