Senior Management
John Carrington - Chairman
With over 25 years experience at the leading edge of telecommunications, and as the founding Managing Director of both Cellnet and One2One, John is an accomplished member of the SRC board. John has previously held Chief Executive positions with BT's Mobile Division and the Regional Business division of Cable and Wireless plc. He is still deeply involved in both fixed and mobile innovation.
Tony Pickworth - Chief Executive Officer
Tony joined SRC in 2008 from CDC Software where he held the position of Group Finance Director. With a solid financial background, Tony brings considerable experience in developing and growing organisations. Prior to SRC, Tony held a number of management roles at Barclays, Vodafone, Air Products plc and Respond Group.
Colin Howman - Commercial Director
Colin was one of the founder directors of SRC in 1995. He has extensive experience of introducing digital dictation and speech recognition into a wide range of professional organisations, and has drawn on this experience to write many papers and articles on the subject. Prior to founding SRC, Colin worked in a number of commercial and operational roles for Guinness PLC.
Laura Heath - Operations Director
Laura joined SRC from iSoft where she headed up the Professional Services and Systems Integration teams within the UK. Laura brings extensive experience in the management and delivery of complex software solutions in both healthcare and commercial markets.
James Araali-Kabyanga - Technical Operations Director
James holds technical ownership of all SRC solutions and is responsible for the delivery of high-quality support to SRC's customers, technical project management, SRC's Managed Services and SRC's IT infrastructure and services. He joined SRC in 2004 and has over 13 years experience in IT consultancy. During this time James ran Operations at Quidnunc and worked with a wide range of organisations designing, building and managing bespoke solutions and running the support services that underpinned them.
Jason Heyman - Accounts & Communications Director
Jason joined SRC in 2000 and has over 15 years of experience in the digital dictation and speech recognition arena. This experience has been fundemental in working with new and existing customers to illustrate the benefits and capabilities of SRC's document creation solutions. Proir to joining SRC Jason held a number of management roles overseas, including Business Development Manager at West Technologies.
